Nothing is ever easy

Spent about 6 hours downtown today (and almost an hour on the bus to get there...*grumble*), did a lot of walking and stuff. Went for a walk through the busker festival too, the silver elvis guy was pretty cool. Sat on a bench by the duck pond for a long time, and once I was tired of reading I just sat there and thought about this whole Vancouver move. I'm really starting to think this job with Keane might not be the best thing for me long term. Even more so because it could take years to work up to a programming position with that company. The money though...that could be really hard to turn down. Especially since I spent the last 15 months trying to get a job just like this. The other part too is that I want to move and have some new experiences while I can still be called a youth heh. I mean I'm already 25, I want to get out and have something resembling an adventure before I'm ready to settle down with 2.3 kids and a mortgage.
